Hand brake levers with cross shaft assemblies are mounted to underside of frame (usually in front of rear axle). The dimensions of your frame (width and structural sections) will determine the locations of cross shaft bearing blocks. The lever arms on the cross shaft are designed to accept standard SAE 3/8 inch clevises and pins which connect to the parking brakes on unit by means of rods or cable.
